Elizabeth Docea, FNP-BC
Elizabeth’s career spans over 24 years in healthcare. What began as a commitment to healing and caring in 2001 as a Registered Nurse eventually led her to pursue and obtain her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2011.
In a world where wellness and self-care have become paramount, the transition from a dedicated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to Aesthetic Medicine provider was a natural evolution for Elizabeth.
With an artful blend of medical knowledge, an eye for aesthetics and understanding of the aging process, she embarked on a transformative journey that merges medical expertise with the pursuit of helping individuals not only achieve optimal health but discover their outer beauty and inner confidence.
She brings expertise and education to every consultation making sure she understands your unique needs and aspirations. Her philosophy is that good medical aesthetics should make you look like….yourself.
Eunji Lee, RN, BSN
Eunji Lee, RN, BSN, is an experienced aesthetic nurse injector known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and commitment to natural, balanced results. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University and has been practicing nursing since 2013. Her clinical background includes dermatology, OB/GYN, and plastic surgery, providing a strong foundation in skin health, facial anatomy, and aesthetic outcomes.
Eunji’s passion for aesthetic medicine comes from her desire to help patients feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin. She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance a person’s natural features rather than change them, and she takes a personalized, collaborative approach to treatment planning. Patients appreciate her ability to listen carefully, understand their goals, and create results that feel authentic and harmonious.
Lillie Ballard, Master Aesthetician
Lillie is a distinguished Master Aesthetician and certified Laser Technician, holding licenses in both Oregon and Washington. A 2020 graduate of Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics, Lillie’s clinical proficiency is matched by her unwavering commitment to delivering scientifically grounded, results-driven treatment plans that promote optimal skin health and rejuvenation.
Her advanced certifications include designation as an Acne Expert and ZO Health Expert, reflecting her specialized ability to address complex skincare needs with precision and care.
Lillie’s background encompasses professional experience in a leading plastic surgery practice, as well as more than two years as an advanced aesthetics instructor – further demonstrating her depth of knowledge and dedication to ongoing professional development.
Guided by the philosophy, “God gave you to this earth with beautiful skin. Her goal is to return you back to Him with beautiful skin,” Lillie is devoted to helping each client achieve transformative results and renewed self-confidence through personalized, evidence-based skincare.
