Renewed Skin & Wellness is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Client Services team member to help create a welcoming and seamless experience for every client who walks through our doors.
This front desk position is an important part of our client experience and will be responsible for warmly greeting clients, checking patients in and out, ensuring required forms are completed prior to appointments, making appointment reminder calls, and assisting with general front desk needs. This role will also help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and reception area.
We are looking for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, comfortable interacting with a variety of people, and committed to treating every client with warmth, respect, and professionalism. The ideal candidate enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in helping clients feel comfortable, cared for, and valued from the moment they arrive.
